He specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry as well as invisalign orthodontics and treatment of dental sleep apnea.  Below is information from Dr. Sinclair on his experience in these specialized areas of dentistry.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago and went thru CPAP therapy.  I found that I could not tolerate the CPAP machine and needed to pursue another form of treatment.  Upon researching information on sleep apnea I was directed to the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and discovered that I, as a dentist, could effectively treat the disease.  I have since traveled around the country to promote this needed and required education.  I've been very fortunate to have the opportunity to study with Dr. Jonathan Parker, a leader in Sleep Dentistry.  Dr. Parker has been instrumental helping me form my philosophy on apnea. Since the seriousness of sleep apnea has finally come to the surface, its treatment has become a very important and expanding part of my practice.  To be able to able to help my apnea patients achieve a higher quality of life has been and will continue to be both a rewarding and humbling experience for myself and my entire office.

Invisalign is orthodontic movement with “clear braces”.  The patients that seek this treatment do not want the conventional look of braces.  They want them to be invisible.  Not only are the “braces” invisible but the patients are able to eat their favorite foods and brush and floss normally to maintain healthy teeth and gums. To be able to monitor the patients tooth movement from the initial to final stages of treatment and witness the patients' joy has been and will continue to be a special “high” for my staff and myself.
